摘要
机床直线进给轴的位姿误差是影响机床整体性能的重要因素之一,直线轴位姿误差建模是精度预测和精度设计的关键环节。文章针对精密机床直线进给轴姿态误差建模问题,综述了各种姿态误差的建模方法,包括静力平衡建模法、等效刚度建模法和有限元建模法,总结了现有主要建模方法的特点,并探讨了其未来的研究方向。旨在为建立导轨几何误差与运动轴姿态误差之间的映射关系,实现精密机床直线进给系统姿态误差的精准预测和控制,提高直线进给轴运动精度和整个机床的性能提供理论参考。
The pose error of linear feed system is an important factor affecting the performance of machine tool.The modeling of pose error in linear feed system is the key to precision prediction and design.The modern modeling comprehensively reviewed methods commonly used in the pose error of linear axis,including the static balance modeling method,the transfer function modeling method and the finite element modeling method.The characteristics of existing main modeling methods are discussed,and the development trend of the modeling methods is also analyzed based on the overview.The research aims to establish the mapping relationship between the geometric error of the guideway and the pose error of the linear feed system,providing a theoretical basis for realizing the accurate prediction and control of the pose error of the linear feed system,so as to improve the motion accuracy of the linear feed system and the performance of machine tool.
