普速铁路区域集控模式下的调度集中系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对普速铁路运输组织存在的问题与困难,整合调度集中系统(CTC)部分车站功能,将某区段内的车站根据作业规模和作业种类进行分类,对于规模较小车站,通过调度集中系统网络集中至中心站进行控制,形成区域集中控制的调度集中系统。区域集控调度集中系统设置有中心站和区域集控站。中心站值班员通过调度集中系统集控台,集中管理下辖的区域集控站,区域集控站不设置行车人员岗位,所有信号控制均由中心站值班员通过调度集中系统进行控制。通过普速铁路区域集控调度集中系统,可有效整合运输资源,达到减员增效目的。 In view of the problems and difficulties existing in the conventional railway traffic organization,some station functions in the centralized traffic control system(CTC)are integrated,and the stations in a certain section are classified according to the operation scale and type.For smaller stations,they are centralized to the central station for control through the CTC network,thus forming a CTC system for regional centralized control.The CTC system for regional centralized control is provided with a central station and regional centralized control station.The central station attendant manages the regional centralized control station under its jurisdiction through the centralized control console of the CTC system.No post of train operation staff is set at the regional centralized control station,and all signal control is conducted by the central station attendant through CTC system.Through CTC system for regional centralized control of the conventional railway,the transport resources can be integrated effectively,and then the purpose of reducing staff and improving efficiency can be achieved.
