摘要
研究目的:高速铁路无砟轨道震后变形错断量大,设计标准控制严格,如何结合震后现状快速恢复线形是高铁发展中遇到的新挑战。本文以兰新高铁大梁隧道至祁连山隧道段线路震后修复为背景,研究线路平、纵断面线形修复方案及参数设置问题,并建立中国标准动车组车辆-线路动力学分析模型,从安全性、舒适性角度评估高铁无砟轨道震后修复方案。研究结论:(1)圆曲线半径设置为16000 m,长度设置为0.4v可较好适应震后线路现状,震后线路修复可适当突破12000 m和0.6v规范规定的圆曲线半径和长度限值要求;(2)欠超高时变率影响旅客乘坐舒适性,超高时变率与运行安全性更加密切,在满足超高时变率条件下可适当突破欠超高时变率,有利于灵活选配灾后线路线形参数;(3)圆曲线及夹直线长度均对行车性能有一定影响,夹直线长度对车辆安全性和舒适性影响更为显著,线路方案比选中应优先考虑满足夹直线长度要求;(4)本研究成果对高铁灾后抢修具有参考价值。
Research purposes:Ballastless track of high-speed railway has significant deformation and dislocation after the earthquake,and the design standard is severely enforced.The rapid restoration of the track while taking into account the post-earthquake condition is a brand-new difficulty for high-speed rail development.Based on the post-earthquake repair of the line from Daliang Tunnel to Qilian Mountain Tunnel of Lanzhou-Urumqi High Speed Railway,this paper examines the post-earthquake repair strategy and parameter setting for the horizontal and vertical section alignment of the line.A vehicles-line dynamic analysis model of CR is established to evaluate the post-earthquake repair strategy of ballastless track of high-speed railway from the perspectives of safety and comfort.Research conclusions:(1)The radius of the circular curve is 16000 m and the length is 0.4v,which can better adapt to the current situation of the line after the earthquake.The radius and length limits of the circular curve stated in the 12000 m and 0.6v standards can be suitably exceeded during the restoration of the line after the earthquake.(2)While the superelevation time-variable rate is more closely connected to operating safety,the deficient superelevation time-varying rate influences the comfort of the passengers.After catastrophes,it is advantageous to make a flexible choice of line alignment parameters in order to successfully overcome the deficient superelevation time-varying rate as long as superelevation time-variable rate is reached.(3)Both the length of circular curve and intermediate straight line have a certain impact on the driving performance,the length of intermediate straight line has a more significant impact on the vehicle safety and comfort.The route scheme shall give priority to meet the requirements for the length of intermediate straight line.(4)The research results have reference value for rapid restoration of high-speed railway after earthquake.
