摘要
我国大豆进口量大但无议价权,研究进口大豆保税现货交易,有利于形成我国进口大豆价格。通过查阅文献与调查研究,中国推行进口大豆保税现货交易,需要解决政策、检验检疫、基础设施与监管制度等问题。探索进口大豆保税现货交易,可借鉴保税交割的操作,利用保税仓库存储,并加强检验检疫制度与完善监管制度,在进口现货大豆严格监管前提下,允许货物所有权发生更改。对进口大豆现货交易发展研究,有助于解决我国大豆交易价格话语权的问题。
The imported soybeans of China is very large but without bargaining power,it is important to form the price of imported soybeans in China by implementation the spot trading.By literature review and investi-gation methods,it was found that the problems of policy,inspection and quarantine,infrastructure and regu-latory system needs to solve when put forward to the imported soybean spot trading.Then the suggestions were presented.Based on the bonded warehouse in Zhou Shan,try to allow the ownership exchange of the import soy-bean,take the futures delivery operation of Dalian Commodity Exchange(DCE)as reference,under the premise of strict supervision of imported spot soybean.The research on the spot trading of imported soybean will help to solve the problem of bargaining power in China.
