摘要 在复杂地质条件下盾构机长距离推进施工时存在刀盘磨损严重、刀盘结泥饼及推进扭矩波动频繁等情况,严重时会导致盾构机非正常停机,进而影响施工进度并带来安全风险,是此类典型工况中必须重视的问题。结合杭州千岛湖引水工程实际,针对盾构机在长距离复杂地质状况下施工遇到的常见问题,从刀盘开口率、渣土改良等关键点进行专项适用性设计,以此形成复杂地层条件下长距离盾构施工适用性提升关键技术,为本地区其他工程提供示范。 Under complex geological conditions,when the TBM tunneled long distance,there are situations,such as severe cutter head wearing,cutter head caking and frequent fluctuation of the advance torque value.The severe situations will make abnormal shutdown of the shield tunneling machine,affect the construction progress and bring safety risks.Under such typical working conditions,the high sight must be put in these problems.Combined with Qiandaohu Diversion Engineering in Hangzhou,in view of the common problems above mentioned,special applicability design are put forward from key points of the cutter opening ratio and muck improvement.The key technology of applicability of long distance shield construction is improved under complex stratum.It provides examples for other projects in the district.
