槐花散总黄酮提取工艺及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:9

Optimization of extraction process and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Huaihua Powders

摘要 目的该文对复方槐花散总黄酮提取工艺及总黄酮的抗氧化活性进行研究。方法利用紫外-可见分光光度法在352nm处测定其吸光度并计算其含量,以VC为对照,评价槐花散总黄酮的抗氧化活性。结果槐花散总黄酮最佳提取工艺:液料比30∶1(mL∶g),甲醇浓度90%,回流提取70 min,温度80 C,复方槐花散总黄酮提取率为18.98 mg/g。槐花散总黄酮对DPPH自由基有显著的清除力,当浓度为35μg/mL时,对DPPH自由基的清除率为95.20%,其抗氧化活性优于VC。结论甲醇回流提取法切实可行,所提取的总黄酮抗氧化活性较好,可用于槐花散总黄酮的提取。 Objective In this paper,the extraction technology and the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids were studied from Huaihua Powders.Methods The content was calculated by measuring the absorbance at 352 nm using ultraviolet-visible method.The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids in Huaihua Powders was evaluated by using Vc as a control.Results The optimum extraction technology of flavonoids from Huaihua Powders was as follow:30:1 liquid/solid ratio,90%methanol concentration,reflux extraction 70 min at 80°C.The extraction rate of total flavonoids was 18.98 mg/g.The total flavonoids in Huaihua Powders had obvious scavenging effect on DPPH free radical.The clearance rate of DPPH free radical was 95.20%when the concentration was 35μg·mL-1.The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids was superior compared to VC.Conclusion Methanol reflux extraction was feasible and the obtained total flavonoids had excellent antioxidant activity.It could be used to extract flavonoids from Huaihua Powders.
