摘要
目的探讨分诊护士启动绿色通道对急性缺血性脑卒中救治时间的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2020年10月本院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者110例作为本次研究对象,2017年6月至2019年5月收治的55名患者作为对照组,2019年6月至2020年10月收治的55名患者作为观察组,对照组进行常规护理流程,观察组进行绿色通道护理流程,比较两组常规检查时间及死亡率。结果观察组相关检查时间及急诊滞留时间明显短于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组150min内神经功能缺损评估完成率、45min内常规检查完成率、深静脉血栓风险评估完成率及静脉血栓预防措施实施率均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论启动绿色通道可以有效缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治时间,提高治愈率,降低致残率与死亡率。
Objective To explore the effect of triage nurses starting green channel on the treatment time of acute ischemic stroke.Methods 110 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the research object.55 patients treated from June 2017 to may 2019 were the control group,and 55 patients treated from June 2019 to October 2020 were the observation group.The control group received routine nursing process,and the observation group received green channel nursing process.The routine examination time and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results The relevant examination time and emergency detention time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The completion rate of neurological deficit assessment within 150 minutes,the completion rate of routine examination within 45 minutes,the completion rate of deep venous thrombosis risk assessment and the implementation rate of venous thrombosis prevention measures in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disability rate and mortality rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Starting the green channel can effectively shorten the treatment time of patients with acute ischemic stroke and reduce the disability rate and mortality.
