摘要
目的探讨健脾补肾方与优甲乐治疗甲状腺功能减退症及对母婴结局的影响研究。方法选择2019年12月至2020年12我院甲状腺功能减退症患者90例,并将90例患者进行随机分组,其中包括常规组(45例)与研究组(45例),常规组患者进行单一优甲乐治疗,研究组患者进行优甲乐与健脾补肾方治疗,治疗后,对其临床效果、中医证候积分、甲状腺激素水平以及血脂水平进行观察比较。结果两组患者经治疗后,相较于常规组,研究组的临床治疗效果显著升高(P<0.05);中医证候积分显著下降(P<0.05);TC、TG、FT4、FT3以及TSH水平均显著改善(P<0.05);母婴结局显著提升(P<0.05)。结论相较于优甲乐治疗,在此基础上予以甲状腺功能减退症患者健脾补肾方治疗,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广。
Objective Study the effect of Jianpi Bushen Decoction and youjiale on hypothyroidism and maternal and infant outcomes.Methods 90 patients with hypothyroidism in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group(45 cases)and the study group(45 cases).The patients in the conventional group were treated with single eujiale,while the patients in the study group were treated with eujiale and Jianpi Bushen recipe.After treatment,the clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome score were compared Thyroid hormone levels and blood lipid levels were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);Compared with the conventional group,the TCM syndrome score of the study group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion With the conventional group,the levels of TC,TG,FT4,FT3 and TSH in the study group were significantly improved(P<0.05);Compared with the conventional group,the maternal and infant outcomes of the study group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with youjiale,Jianpi Bushen Decoction for hypothyroidism patients is more safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
