摘要
老年人机体功能衰退及本身患有多种疾病,低血糖反应与脑血管病相似,因此其极易误诊为脑血管病。本文选取包头第四医院2015年3月—2016年6月门诊急诊收治的20例误诊为脑血管病的低血糖反应患者,针对其中5例患者的临床资料进行总结、分析,以为临床诊疗提供参考。
Because the body’s aging and the elderly themselves suffering from various diseases,and hypoglycemic reaction is similar to cerebrovascular disease,therefore,it is easily misdiagnosed as cerebrovascular disease.20 cases of elderly patients with hypoglycemia reaction misdiagnosed as cerebrovascular disease were selected,the clinical data of 5 patients were summarized and analyzed,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
