摘要
目的分析腔内介入手术治疗主动脉夹层和胸主动脉瘤的效果。方法选取2016年6月—2018年6月陆军军医大学第二附属医院收治的主动脉夹层和胸主动脉瘤患者106例,根据血压将所有患者分为高血压组(n=70)和正常血压组(n=36);根据血清β2-微球蛋白将所有患者分为肾功能正常组(n=76)和肾功能异常组(n=30)。比较高血压组和正常高血压组患者术前及术后2个月的血压,肾功能正常组和肾功能异常组患者术前和术后2个月的血肌酐(BUN)、血尿酸(Scr)水平。结果高血压组患者术后2个月血压低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前高血压组与正常血压组患者血压比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后2个月高血压组与正常血压组患者血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肾功能正常组、肾功能异常组患者术前与术后2个月血清BUN、Scr水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论行腔内介入手术治疗可有效降低主动脉夹层和胸主动脉瘤患者的血压,且不影响正常血压患者。
Objective To analyze the effect of endovascular interventional surgery on aortic dissection and thoracic aortic aneurysm.Methods A total of 106 patients with aortic dissection and thoracic aortic aneurysm in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected,and they divided into hypertension group(n=70)and normal blood pressure group(n=36)according to blood pressure;while divided into normal renal function group(n=76)and abnormal renal function group(n=30)according to Serumβ2-microglobulin,.Blood pressure were compared between hypertensive group and normal hypertensive group before operation and 2 months after operation.BUN and Scr levels were compared between normal renal function group and abnormal renal function group before operation and 2 months after operation.Results Blood pressure in hypertensive group was statistically significantly lower than that of pre-operation 2 months after operation(P<0.05).There was statistically significantly difference in blood pressure between hypertensive group and normotensive group before operation(P<0.05),There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure between hypertensive group and normotensive group 2 months after operation(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum BUN or Scr levels between normal renal function group and abnormal renal function group before operation and 2 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion endovascular intervention can effectively lower the blood pressure of patients with aortic dissection and thoracic aortic aneurysm,without affecting the normal blood pressure.
