摘要
目的探讨二氧化硫空白液稀释测定高浓度二氧化硫样品。方法稀释后本文以二氧化硫标准溶液为样品做了多次实验。对吸光度超过标准曲线上限的高浓度二氧化硫样品(简称超限样品,下同),用二氧化硫试剂空白液稀释(简称空白液,下同)后再测定。结果样品吸光度最好不超过标准曲线上限0.100。结论稀释倍数不宜大于2倍;稀释后摇匀放置4-5分钟后再测定为好;稀释前后测出的二氧化硫量比应有的二氧化硫量均低,对超限样品应据超过上限吸光度值多少适当增加样品测出值4%-8%,使结果更接近实际值。
Objective Discussion on the dilution of sulfur dioxide blank solution for determination of high-concentration sulfur dioxide samples.Methods Several experiments are done to Sulfur dioxide standard solution as sample.For the high concentration of sulfur dioxide exceeds the upper limit of the standard curve of absorbance(referred to as the out of sample,the same below),diluted with sulfur dioxide reagent blank solution(referred to as the blank solution,the same below)and then determination.Results The experimental results show that the absorbance of the sample,preferably not more than the upper limit of the standard curve is 0.100.Conclusion The dilution ratio should not be greater than 2 times;shake well placed 4-5 minutes after the determination as well;sulfur dioxide dilution and measured were lower than sulfur dioxide due to overloading,the samples should be more than the maximum absorbance value according to appropriately increase the sample number measured 4%-8%,make the results more close to the actual value.
