摘要
出于防控新冠肺炎疫情防控的需要,高等院校开学时间推迟或校园封闭化管理,对大学生的学习与生活产生了深刻的影响。目前高等院校辅导员时刻都不能掉以轻心,不仅要履行好自己的工作职责,还要积极适应疫情防控期间的工作模式转变,坚持以大学生为中心,化疫情危机为教育契机,时刻肩负立德树人的担当与使命。针对后疫情时代大学生学习和生活出现的各种困难,高等院校辅导员应充分保障大学生的实际需求,妥善解决好疫情防控期间出现的各种难题:一是辅导员应做好转变工作模式的心理准备,适应思想政治教育阵地由线下到线上模式,以及全融合线上线下转换模式;二是适应新冠肺炎疫情防控期间的工作强度,不断提高政治站位,弘扬奉献精神,快速适应工作内容、形式的变化难度,逐步提升现代信息技术素养;三是创新辅导员工作模式,细化辅导员工作职责,提升迅速适应疫情发生的应对能力。辅导员要时刻保持积极的工作状态,统筹做好疫情防控期间大学生的思想政治教育工作,真正为全体大学生提供各种学习、生活保障,培养能够担当中华民族复兴大任的建设者和接班人。
Due to the need to prevent and control the new crown epidemic,the postponement of the opening time of colleges and universities or the closed management of campuses have had a profound impact on the study and life of college students.At present,counselors in colleges and universities should stick to the duty any time,perform their own duties,actively adapt to the change of work mode during the epidemic prevention and control period,adhere to the focus on college students,turn the epidemic crisis into an educational opportunity,and shoulder the responsibility and mission for morality education.In view of the various difficulties in the study and life of college students in the post-epidemic era,counselors in colleges and universities should fully protect the actual needs of college students and properly solve various problems that arise during the epidemic prevention and control period.First,counselors should be ready to change their work models,adapt to the ideological and political education position from offline to online mode,and fully integrated online and offline conversion mode.The second is to adapt to the intensity of work during the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic,continuously improve the political position,carry forward the spirit of dedication,quickly adapt to the difficulty of changes in the content and form of work,and gradually improve the literacy of modern information technology.The third is to innovate the work model of counselors,refine the work responsibilities of counselors,and improve the ability to respond to the outbreak of the epidemic quickly.Counselors should always maintain a positive working state,coordinate the ideological and political education of college students during the epidemic prevention and control period,turn the epidemic crisis into an educational opportunity,truly provide all kinds of study and living guarantees for all college students,and cultivate builders and successors who can shoulder the great cause of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
