摘要
选取中国科学院所属的北京植物园和西双版纳热带植物园及地方性管理的杭州植物园和沈阳植物园四个典型植物园为调查对象。分析科普资源条件、科普支撑条件对其植物园科普能力的影响。调查发现,作为非专业性科普机构,植物园科普能力主要影响要素是科普支撑条件,体现在科普的政策环境、科普定位和科普组织管理。因此,在未来科普能力评价中,中国植物园应该加强对科普支撑条件的定性调查评价。发挥各个植物园管理者、倾斜政策对科普能力的推动作用,加强科普政策环境建设;强化科普功能、目标定位等关键要素,明确科普能力建设的方向与定位;加强科普组织管理制度建设,提升科普评估、投入和产出的效果。
The study selected four typical botanical gardens as survey objects,namely Beijing Botanical Garden and Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden managed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Hangzhou Botanical Garden and Shenyang Botanical Garden managed by local governments.After analyzing the influence of resource conditions and support conditions on science popularization capability,this study found that,as a non-professional science popularization organization,the main influencing factor of the scientific popularization ability of botanical gardens is the supporting conditions,which are reflected in the policy environment,target positioning and organizational management.Therefore,in the evaluation of science popularization ability in the future,the Chinese Botanical Garden should strengthen the qualitative investigation and evaluation of the supporting conditions of science popularization.Give full play to the role of managers of various botanical gardens and preferential policies in promoting science popularization capacity,strengthen the construction of science popularization policy environment;strengthen key elements such as popularization function and target positioning,and clarify the direction and orientation of science popularization capacity developing;Strengthen the construction of science popularization organization and management system,and improve the input-output effect.
