摘要
将脱油沥青(DOA)与SBS复合改性制备改性沥青混合料SMA-10,考察其路用性能,并与高弹改性沥青混合料SMA-10和SBS改性沥青混合料SMA-10作对比。试验结果表明:DOA-SBS复合改性沥青混合料SMA-10的马歇尔稳定度与SBS改性沥青混合料SMA-10相当,高温抗车辙性优于另外两种改性沥青混合料SMA-10,但其低温抗裂性及水稳定性均有不同程度的下降,但影响不大。总体看来,DOA-SBS复合改性沥青混合料SMA-10的路用性能满足要求,且具有良好的经济性。
The de-oiled asphalt(DOA)and SBS were used to prepare a modified asphalt mixture SMA-10.The road performance of the modified asphalt mixture was examined,and it was compared with the high-elastic modified asphalt mixture SMA-10 and the SBS modified asphalt mixture SMA-10.The test results showed that the Marshall stability of DOA-SBS composite modified asphalt mixture SMA-10 was equivalent to that of SBS modified asphalt mixture SMA-10,and the high temperature rut resistance was better than the other two modified asphalt mixtures SMA-10.However,its low temperature crack resistance and water stability decreased slightly,but the effect was not significant.In general,the road performance of DOA-SBS composite modified asphalt mixture SMA-10 can meet the requirements and has good economical efficiency.
