摘要
为考察增塑剂丙二醇对利扎曲普坦普鲁兰多糖/麦芽糖糊精口腔速溶膜剂制剂学性质的影响,采用溶液浇铸法制备利扎曲普坦的口腔速溶膜剂(RZT-OFDF),成膜材料为普鲁兰和麦芽糖糊精的混合物(3∶1),添加不同质量分数的丙二醇(15%~30%)考察对RZT-OFDF制剂学性质的影响。通过转篮法,考察RZT-OFDF在人工唾液中的释放度。结果表明:RZT-OFDF成膜性良好,表面光滑。随着丙二醇质量分数的增加,RZT-OFDF的含水量有一定增加的趋势,崩解时间略有缩短。丙二醇质量分数对弯曲次数、抗拉强度、拉伸百分率有显著影响。RZT-OFDF的释放速度快于市售片剂。因此,增塑剂丙二醇可显著改变RZT-OFDF的机械性能。
To investigate the effect of propylene glycol(PG)on properties of rizatriptan-loaded pullulan/maltodextrin oral fast dissolving films(RZT-OFDF),RZT-OFDF was prepared with the mixture of pullulan and maltodextrin(3∶1,w/w)by solution casting method.The effect of PG on the pharmaceutical properties of RZT-OFDF was investigated through adding different amount PG(15%~30%,w/w).The results showed that,RZT-OFDF had smooth and uniformed surface,and had small weight and drug content variations.The amount of PG as plasticizer in OFDF showed less influence on the water absorption content and disintegration time of RZT-OFDF.However,the folding endurance,tensile strength and elongation percentage of RZT-OFDF were significantly affected by the PG concentration.So the mechanical properties of RZT-OFDF with pullulan/maltodextrin can be modified by using propylene glycol.
