摘要 分析基于气态储运氢的35 MPa/70 MPa加氢站储氢优化、供氢模式优化、加注协议方面的研究成果以及存在的不足。结果表明:加氢站内最佳高压储氢的容量配比尚无一致的研究结果,有待全面考虑压力级别数量、压力值、容积值、切换模式、切换策略、需求负荷分布等进行深入研究;提高长管拖车运氢压力和优化长管在站内的使用模式,有助于提高加氢站的峰值加注能力和综合加注能力,降低氢气成本;准确获知或预测车载储氢瓶的状态,降低现有加注协议中的温度余量,可以明显降低氢气加注能耗。 The effect of parameters including equipment cost and operation performance on the hydrogen cost in hydrogen refueling station was analyzed.The results showed that the operation parameters had the similar impact on hydrogen cost in station as hydrogen station equipment cost,then the technology of high pressure hydrogen storage cascade configuration optimization,hydrogen supply mode optimization,and filling protocol optimization were reviewed,it was found that there was no united agreement on the best high pressure hydrogen storage cascade configuration yet,the effect of pressure levels,pressure limits,and switch strategies need to be considered for cascade configuration;increasing tube trailer pressure and optimizing operation scenario can help to reduce hydrogen cost in station;precisely obtaining or predicting the state parameters of onboard storage tank then reducing the margin of filling protocol will be key technologies for saving energy consumption during refueling.
