基于隧道沥青路面温拌现场摊铺释放挥发性有机物(VOCs)GC-MS分析研究 被引量:4

Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) Based on the Warm Mixing Process of the Tunnel Asphalt Pavement by GC-MS

摘要 为了实现对隧道内沥青路面温拌施工减少释放挥发性有机物(VOCs)量化评价,依托山东省S201东线田和至温泉段工程项目的陶家夼隧道和东夼隧道的沥青路面铺装工程,比较了热拌与温拌施工工况下的隧道内VOCs的成分和质量浓度。结果表明:隧道温拌沥青混合料技术比热拌技术产生更少的VOCs,热拌工艺采集到的各种VOCs成分都比温拌工艺的质量浓度大,总量上前者是后者的1.61倍。二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、1,1,2-三氯乙烷、乙苯、间-二甲苯、对-二甲苯、邻-二甲苯和1,2,4-三甲基苯这些VOCs的产生受温度影响比较大。在采集到的VOCs中,隧道热拌摊铺机上采集到的VOCs质量浓度最高的是三氯甲烷、甲苯、间-二甲苯和对-二甲苯,对其VOCs总量的贡献率为47.50%;隧道温拌摊铺机上质量浓度最高的是甲苯、四氯乙烯和三氯甲烷,对其VOCs总量的贡献率为56.49%。 In order to realize the quantitative evaluation of reducing volatile organic compounds(VOCs)released by the warm mixing construction of asphalt pavement in the tunnel,based on the Taojiakuang tunnel and Dongkuang tunnel asphalt pavement engineering of Shandong province S201 east line Tianhe-Wenquan reconstruction project,the composition and mass concentrations of VOCs in the tunnel under the hot mixing and warm mixing construction conditions were compared.The results showed that warm mixing asphalt process produced less VOCs than hot mixing process,and the VOCs components collected by hot mixing process were higher than those of warm mixing process,the former was 1.61 times higher than the latter in total.The production of dichloromethane,trichloromethane,1,1,2-trichloroethane,ethylbenzene,m-xylene,p-xylene,o-xylene and 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene in the VOCs was greatly affected by temperature.In the VOCs collected in the hot mixing process,the components with highest mass concentration were chloroform,toluene and m-xylene,p-xylene,with the contribution rate of 47.50%;In the VOCs collected in the warm mixing process,the components with highest mass concentration were toluene,tetrachloroethylene and trichloromethane,with the contribution rate of 56.49%.
