摘要
介绍了近几年来天然产物开发思路及相关进展。通过查阅文献,从化学、生物、代谢组学三个方面,进行分析、总结,并举例例证。天然产物作为前体药物分子的主要来源,其开发过程已从传统的提取分离筛选,向针对性强、以现代技术手段为支持方向发展,大大提高了发掘新型天然产物的效率,同时促进了现代药物开发。
The development and related progress of natural products in recent years were viewed. Referring to the literatures of chemistry, biology, metabonomics, natural products were analyzed and summarized. Related development process of natural products as the main source of prodrugs, has been advanced from traditional way to high-level techniques, which greatly improves the efficiency of discovering new natural products as well as drug development.
