摘要
采用人工合成的针铁矿为吸附剂,处理模拟亚甲基蓝废水,考察了多种因素对针铁矿吸附亚甲基蓝的影响。结果表明:针铁矿吸附亚甲基蓝的平衡时间为30 min;对于30 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液,投加量为8 g/L,去除率达88.2%;温度影响较小;亚甲基蓝溶液为中性,吸附效果最佳;针铁矿对亚甲基蓝的吸附可以用Langmuir模型拟合,吸附符合准二级动力学方程,随着温度的增加,吸附速率加快。
Synthetic goethite was used as adsorbent to treat simulated methylene blue wastewater, and effect of some factors on the adsorption of methylene blue by goethite was investigated. The results showed that:adsorption equilibrium time of methylene blue on goethite was 30 min;for 30 mg/L methylene blue solution, when goethite dosage was 8 g/L, the removal rate reached 88.2%;the temperature had little effect on the adsorption;when the methylene blue solution was neutral, the adsorption effect was the best. The adsorption of methylene blue on goethite can be fitted by Langmuir model, the adsorption of methylene blue by goethite accords with quasi-second-order kinetic equation, and the adsorption rate increases with the increase of temperature.
