摘要
以介孔碳为载体,以Cu、Co双金属为活性中心,采用超声辅助等体积浸渍法来制备CuCo/MC催化剂,并对活性金属组分Cu/Co的质量比在适当的范围内进行调控,探究质量比对CuCo/MC催化剂催化合成气制低碳醇性能的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和BET比表面积及孔径分布测试(BET)等手段对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,当Cu/Co质量比为2∶1时,CuCo/MC催化剂具有较优良的催化活性,其活性金属元素分布十分弥散,呈现了良好的晶型结构,其C2+OH选择性为39.69%,达到最高。
The CuCo/MC catalyst was prepared by using the mesoporous carbon as the carrier and Cu and Co bimetal as the active center, and the mass ratio of the active metal component Cu/Co was adjusted in an appropriate range to explore the effect of mass ratio on performance of CuCo/MC catalyst for synthesis of higher alcohols.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and BET specific surface area and pore size distribution test(BET).The experimental results showed that when the Cu/Co mass ratio was 2∶1, the CuCo/MC catalyst had excellent catalytic activity, and the active metal element distribution was very dispersed, showing a good crystal structure, and its C2+ OH selectivity was 39.69%, reaching the highest.
