氢气回收装置中往复式压缩机一级进气管路的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对国内某石化公司订购的原料气压缩机(往复式压缩机),按照设计单位提供的上下游设备管路安排和具体要求,分析了压缩机开机时一级进气管路在不同工况下的气流脉动及管道振动情况。采用了API618标准中推荐的近似设计方法3,其中气流脉动分析依据的基本理论为平面波动理论及转移矩阵法,使用CAESARII模拟软件建模,利用结构振动理论对管道振动进行分析。 Aiming at raw gas compressor in a domestic petrochemical company,based on upstream and downstream equipments and pipings arrangement and specific requirements provided by the design unit,the gas pulsation and vibration of the primary intake line under different working conditions during the startup of compressor were analyzed.The approximate design method III recommended by API618 standard was adopted in the analysis.Among them,the basic theory of the analysis of air pulsation was plane wave theory and transfer matrix method,and CAESARⅡsimulation software was used to model,and the vibration of pipeline was analyzed by structural vibration theory.
