摘要
橡胶填充油是一种重要的化工原料,但普通橡胶填充油中含有大量的有毒致癌的稠环芳烃(PCA)。自2010年1月1日起,欧盟出台的2005/69/EC环保指令规定橡胶油中PCA低于3%,其中苯并芘(BaP)低于1μg/g,8种限制性多环芳烃(PAH)低于10μg/g。国内目前主要以溶剂精制法制取环保橡胶油,然而在达到欧盟环保标准下的精制油收率较低,仅有30%左右。针对糠醛中水分含量对萃取效果的影响进行了研究,实验表明随着糠醛中水分含量的增加,萃余油的收率大幅提升,PCA含量提升幅度较小,即溶剂选择性变好。使用含水糠醛进行萃取能得到PCA含量达标的精制油,且与无水糠醛相比,收率和芳碳值(CA)更高。以调整溶剂水分含量的方法可对溶剂精制工艺进行补充,使操作条件对精制油收率和品质的调控更为灵活。
Rubber extending oil is an important chemical material, which contains a large amount of aromatic components. However, it contains lots of polycyclic aromatics(PCA) which are strongly carcinogenic and toxic. Therefore, the EU implemented the environmental directive 2005/69/EC in 2010, claiming that the content of PCA in rubber processing oil must be less than 3%, benzo [a] pyrene(BaP) must be less than 1 μg/g, 8 limited PAHs must be less than 10 μg/g. At present, the main domestic process to produce eco-friendly rubber extender oil is solvent extraction, the yield of product is only 30% while the quality meets the EU standard. In this paper, the impact of water content in solvent on extraction effect was investigated. The experimental results showed that the yield of raffinate oil ascended significantly with the addition of water. By contrast, the PCA content increased much slower and the selectivity of solvents improved. Adding some water in solvent could enhance the yield, and aromatic carbon value(CA) of raffinate oil was up to standard, showing some potential in extraction process. Controlling the water content in solvent would give a good supplement to extraction process, which made the extraction conditions more flexible.
