摘要
为响应标准数字化变革过程中产生的新需求,解决国际标准在机器可识别层级中的规范性验证问题,对机器可读标准的规范性结构进行分析,提出可识别层级验证方法。基于国际标准标签集(ISOSTS),利用XML解析技术开发对应的验证平台,能够针对标准数字化转型中的可识别层级开展批量化、系统性的验证。研究方法及成果可有效指导机器可读标准可识别层级的合规性验证,为后续标准数字化的进一步转型提供研究基础。
In order to respond to the new requirements arising in the process of the standard digital transformation,and solve the normative verification problems of standards in the machine identifiable level,this study analyzes the normative structure of digital standards,and puts forward the identifiable level verification method.Based on the International Standard Tag Set(ISOSTS),the corresponding verification platform is constructed by using XML parsing technology,which can carry out batch and systematic verification for the identifiable level in the digital transformation of standards.The research methods and results can effectively guide the compliance verification and evaluation of the identifiable level of digital standards,and provide a research basis for the further transformation of subsequent standard digitization.
