摘要
该文基于性能参数并通过数理统计方法评估后盖可靠性,评估得到后盖可靠度为0.987132,可靠度置信下限为0.973991(置信水平为0.7)。基于性能参数方法评估可靠性可有效利用产品生产过程信息,适用于发射箱端盖产品可靠性评估。
The reliability assessment was carried out based on the performance parameters to effectively evaluate the reliability for a rear canister cover.The results showed that the reliability of the rear cover was 0.987132 and the reliability confidence lower limits was 0.973991 under confidence level 0.7.The reliability assessment based on the performance parameters in this paper was suitable for the canister cover and made effectively use of production process information.
