摘要
基于火箭发动机试验台数据采集系统的校准需求,针对传统手动校准方式效率低下、操作繁琐、数据处理困难等问题,研制出一套应用于试验数据采集系统的在线校准装置。该装置基于高精度FLUKE 5730A多功能校准源,以LabVIEW为平台编写校准软件,可实现对电压信号和电流信号的自动校准、数据记录、误差计算和校准报告生成等功能。同时设计制作关键信号路由器及测试线缆,融入泛用设计和防接错设计,有效避免因操作失误对校准结果的影响,进一步简化工作流程。此外,将关键设备进行集成,装置小型化,便于在不同的场景进行应用。通过对某试验台数据采集系统进行现场校准和量值比对,结果表明,该装置功能完备,校准过程简洁流畅,可大幅提升工作效率及校准的准确程度,全面提升校准的自动化水平。
According to the calibration requirements of data acquisition system of rocket engine test system,an online calibration device is developed in this paper.The device is aiming at the problems of low efficiency,cumbersome operation and difficult data processing caused by traditional manual calibration method.The device was based on FLUKE 5730A calibrator and LabVIEW software,which can realize data recording,calibration result calculation and certificate automatic generation of DC voltage and DC current signals.The key interface connectors and flexible test cables were designed to further simplify the work flow.The general use and anti-misconnection design can effectively avoid the operation errors.Besides,the key equipment is integrated to facilitate application in different scenarios.Through the on-site calibration of the test data acquisition system and value comparison,it is verified that the device has complete functions and the calibration process is smooth.Not only the calibration process efficiency,but also the calibration accuracy and the automation level of data acquisition system was greatly improved substantially.
