电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定富铈永磁体废料中稀土含量

摘要 利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法,通过硝酸消解富铈永磁体废料,采用基体匹配法测定废料中高价值稀土镨钕镝铽的含量。并通过计算方法检出限、加标回收率和重复性实验,验证方法的可行性。结果表明,该方法的标准曲线线性相关系数都达到0.999以上,检出限低于0.0357mg/L,加标回收率为98.1%~102.2%,样品测试结果镨钕镝铽含量分别为6.097%,0.405%,1.964%,1.006%,结果重复性均小于2.5%。该方法可以快速有效且准确地检测富铈永磁体废料中的镨钕镝铽含量,满足企业废料回收再利用的测试估值需求。 An analysis method was established for determination of rare earth in Cerium-rich permanent magnet waste with inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).The sample of Cerium-rich permanent magnet waste was digested by nitric acid.The feasibility of the method was verified by calculation of detection limit,standard recovery and repeatability experiments.Results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the standard curves were all above 0.999,the detection limits were lower than 0.0357mg/L,and the recoveries were 98.1%-102.2%.The contents of praseodymium,neodymium,dysprosium and terbium were 6.097%,0.405%,1.964%and 1.006%,respectively.The repeatability of the results was all less than 2.5%.This method can quickly,effectively and accurately detect the content of praseodymium,neodymium,dysprosium and terbium in cerium-rich permanent magnet waste,which meets the test and valuation requirements of waste recycling in enterprises.
