摘要
以HJ 1071-2019《水质草甘膦的测定高效液相色谱法》为测定方法,对地下水中草甘膦的测定进行不确定度评定。根据样品处理、样品测定、数据处理等环节,进行不确定度来源的分析,计算A类和B类不确定度,并计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,在95%的置信区间下(k=2),扩展不确定度为1.34μg/L,地下水中草甘膦测定值为(15.37±1.34)μg/L。影响水中草甘膦测定结果不确定度的主要因素为标准溶液配制和样品回收率的相对偏差。因此在实际检测过程中,减少溶液配制过程,增加样品测定次数,保持液相色谱仪检测器稳定性和较高的灵敏度可降低引入的不确定度,检测结果更可靠。
Here,the uncertaintyof determination of glyphosate in water samples by HPLC were evaluated based on the standard method Water quality-Determination of glyphosate-High performance liquid chromatography(HJ 1071-2019).The affecting factors on uncetainty were analysed based on the procedure of sample preparation,sample analysis and data process.A and B uncertaintys,the relative composite standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.The result showed that under the 95%confidence probability(k=2),the expanded uncertainty was 1.34μg/L,and the measured value of glyphosate in ground water was(15.37±1.34)μg/L.The uncertainty mainly derived from the uncertainty of standard solution preparing and standard devation of recovery.It would lessen the uncertainty if the dilution steps were reduced and the number of replicate detection were increased.The stability and high sensitivity of UPLC also could decrease the uncertainty which increase the reliability of data.
