摘要
建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法直接测定包装饮用水中8种双酚类物质的含量。利用Agilent RRHD-SBC_(18)柱(100mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)进行分离;甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流量0.2 mL/min,柱温40℃,MRM进行检测,外标法定量。方法线性范围0.1~20 ng/mL,r^(2)≥0.99,方法平均回收率范围为72.98%~116.5%,相对标准偏差范围为0.2%~7.8%。该方法具有简便、高效、准确、灵敏、经济等特点,可应用于包装饮用水中8种双酚类物质含量的直接测定需要。
To establish a method for determination of bisphemols(BPs)in packaged drinking water by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The method was performed on Agilent RRHD-SB C_(18)column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm)with mobile phase consisting of methanol-water.The flow rate was 0.2 mL/min,the column termperature was 40℃.BPs had good linearity in the range of 0.1-20 ng/mL(r^(2)≥0.99),the average recovery of BPs were 72.98%-116.5%(n=18),the range of RSD were 0.2%-7.8%.The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for determination of BPs in packaged drinking water.
