摘要
立式金属罐是国家石油储备和石油化工产品国际贸易的主要计量器具,因此对其容量测量结果的不确定度进行评定,以表征测量结果的可信赖程度具有重要意义。根据立式金属罐容量测量原理建立不确定度评定模型,分别采用GUM、MCM、AMCM方法对某一5000m3立式金属拱顶罐容量测量不确定度的关键分量进行评定,评定结果表明,相比于传统的GUM只有线性测量模型条件下才能够提供较为准确的评定结果,MCM和AMCM充分考虑输入量的分布类型,减少复杂非线测量模型的分析工作,具有更高的准确度。
Vertical metal tanks are the main measuring instruments for national oil reserves and international trade of petrochemical products,so it is important to evaluate the uncertainty of their capacity measurement results to characterize the reliability of the measurement results.Establishes uncertainty assessment models based on the capacity measurement principle of vertical metal tanks,and uses GUM,MCM and AMCM methods to assess the key components of uncertainty of capacity measurement of a 5000 m3 vertical metal vaulted tank respectively.The results show that compared with the traditional GUM,which can provide more accurate results only under the condition of linear measurement model,the MCM and AMCM fully consider the distribution types of the input quantities and reduce the analysis work of complex non-linear measurement model,and have higher accuracy.
