摘要
目前对色温表的检定、校准采用颜色温度标准灯加升色温滤光片的方法,此方法存在颜色温度标准灯寿命易损耗、颜色温度标准灯更换麻烦和计算非定点色温值繁琐等缺点。研制一套积分球式光源色温校准装置,以积分球光源为结构,单个卤素灯作为光源,通过对光源驱动电流的实时控制,并配合升色温滤光片放置在出光口,以高精度光谱仪对积分球出光口的色温进行实时监测与反馈,实现2000~9500K范围内任意标准色温光源的输出;不需要频繁更换颜色温度标准灯,减少对颜色温度标准灯的损耗和依赖,并且满足对非固定点色温的复现和量值溯源要求。实验表明,该装置完全满足色温表检定、校准的需求。
At present,the verification and calibration of color temperature meter adopts the method of standard lamp and color temperature raising filter,there are some disadvantages,such as the loss of the service life of the color temperature standard lamp,the trouble of replacing the color temperature standard lamp,and the cumbersome calculation of the not fixed point color temperature value.To manufacture a set of integrating sphere light source color temperature calibration device,with the integrating sphere light source as the structure and a single halogen lamp as the light source,through the real-time control of the driving current of the light source and the color temperature raising filter placed at the light outlet,the color temperature of the integrating sphere light outlet is monitored and fed back in real time with a high-precision spectrometer,so as to realize the output of any standard color temperature light source in the range of 2000K to 9500K;It is not necessary to change the color temperature standard lamp frequently,reduce the loss and dependence on the color temperature standard lamp,and meet the traceability requirements for the color temperature of non fixed points.Experiments show that the device can fully meet the requirements of verification and calibration of color temperature meter.
