摘要
针对飞机装配过程中的测量工艺需求,将数字化测量技术融入到飞机的设计、制造、装配的各个环节,提出一种面向飞机装配的三维测量工艺模型构建方法。以三维测量模型为核心,研究三维模型总体架构、模型轻量化标注及测量点规划技术,将测量设备信息、待测特征信息、定位特征信息、公差信息、测量点信息等与飞机装配测量过程相关的信息进行组织与管理,为飞机的高精度装配提供计量保障。
To require the measurement craft of aircraft assembly process,digital measurement technology was integrated into the aspects of aircraft design,manufacturing,and assembly.A novel method for constructing 3 D measurement process model for aircraft assembly is proposed in this paper.With 3 D model as the core,the 3 D model general structure,lightweight design method,measurement points planning method are researched.And then we organized and managed the information related to the aircraft assembly measurement process,such as measurement equipment information,feature information,positioning feature information,tolerance information,and measurement point information.At last,we provided accurate measurement guarantee for high precision assembly of aircraft.
