摘要
为建立pCO_(2)和pO_(2)参考方法,评价血气分析仪性能,并评估其测量结果不确定度,该文根据国际临床化学和实验室医学联盟(IFCC)相关文件要求建立pCO_(2)和pO_(2)参考方法,测定经过温度和张力平衡的全血样品,分析各标准不确定度分量的来源,并对其测量结果进行不确定度评定。结果表明:全血样品pCO_(2)的平均值为40.0 mmHg,扩展不确定度为1.3%,包含因子k=2;全血样品pO_(2)的平均值为92.4 mmHg,扩展不确定度为1.4%,包含因子k=2。说明该文成功建立了pCO_(2)和pO_(2)参考方法,可用于pCO_(2)和pO_(2)的量值溯源和标准化,为血气分析仪pCO_(2)和pO_(2)向参考方法溯源提供了有效途径。
To establish the reference method of pCO_(2)and pO_(2),evaluate the performance of blood gas analyzer,and evaluate the uncertainty of its measurement results.The reference methods of pCO_(2)and pO_(2)were established according to the requirements of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine(IFCC)documents.The whole blood samples with temperature and tension balance were tested,the sources of each standard uncertainty component were analyzed and the uncertainty of the measurement result were evaluated.Results show that,the mean value of pCO_(2)in whole blood samples was 40.0 mmHg,the expansion uncertainty was 1.3%,including factor k=2;the average value of pO_(2)in whole blood samples was 92.4 mmHg,and the expanded uncertainty was 1.4%,including factor k=2.The reference methods of pCO_(2)and pO_(2)have been successfully established,which can be used for the traceability and standardization of pCO_(2)and pO_(2),and provide an effective way for pCO_(2)and pO_(2)of the blood gas analyzer to trace the source of the reference method.
