乡村教师乡村融入的必然、困境与纾解 被引量:3

The Inevitability,Dilemma and Solution of Rural Teachers’ Integration into the Local Culture

摘要 乡村融入是乡村教师留在乡村的根本之路。乡村融入是乡村教师知识分子属性完整呈现的需要,是乡村教师社会功能效用充分发挥和教育教学质量有效提升的需要。乡村教师面临融不入乡村的巨大困境,乡村文化隔膜使乡村教师在精神上难以和乡村沟通,出现了乡村与乡村教师心灵关联被阻隔的"失心"现象;生活交往的相异性、单一化和表面化,使乡村教师在生活上出现了和乡民联络障碍的"失联"现象;乡村教育情感弱化使乡村教师失去了对职业的忠诚热爱而出现了"失业"现象。乡村教师乡村融入之困的纾解,要以"文化共同体"自觉实现精神融入,要以"场域与惯习"重构实现生活融入,要以"职业情怀"养成实现教育融入。 The integration into the local culture is the fundamental way for rural teachers to stay in the countryside.It is the requirement for the full play of rural teachers’intellectual attributes intact and of their social functions and for the effectively improving teaching quality.Cultural barrier makes it difficult for rural teachers to spiritually communicate with the countryside,and the phenomenon of"losing heart"occurs when connection between the rural teachers and the countryside is blocked;the difference,uniformity and superficiality of life interactions make rural teachers"losing contact"with the local people.The weakened emotions of rural education lead rural teachers lose their loyalty and love for their profession and bring about"losing job".To solve the problem,it is necessary to achieve spiritual integration through"cultural community",to achieve life integration through"field and habit"reconstruction,and to achieve educational integration through"professional loyalty".
