摘要
加快教师补给、缓解边远地区师资紧缺矛盾,是国家实现教育优质均衡的重要保障。针对边远地区教师补给"一缺一低双不足"现象与问题产生的根源,应以政策落实为导向,完善边远地区教师补给保障机制;以本土化培养为载体,拓宽边远地区教师补给渠道;以盘活存量为重点,提升边远地区教师职业认同感等方面破解边远地区教师补给困局,完善补给机制,实现标本兼治。
To accelerate teachers’supply and alleviate teacher shortage is important to guarantee for country to achieve quality and balance of education in outlying areas.To address the root causes of the phenomena and problems named"one shortage,one lowness and two shortages"of teachers in these areas,policy implementation should be taken as the guide to improve the guarantee mechanism of teachers’supply;the channel should be expanded for teachers’supply there through localized training;tapping the full potential of existing resources should be centered and enhancing the professional identity of teachers.Consequently,the supply mechanism can be improved to address both the symptoms and root causes.
