摘要
设置不同浓度的6-BA和NAA组合,研究其对连香树外植体启动培养和继代培养的影响。结果表明,对连香树外植体进行启动培养时,采用6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L、6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L和6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L 3个浓度组合,均可以得到较高的启动率。MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为连香树外植体启动培养的最佳培养基,用其对连香树带腋芽茎段进行继代培养的效果不理想,植株生长缓慢,长势较弱,且有褐化现象。
Different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA combinations were set to study their effects on the start cultivation and subculture of Cercidiphyllum japonicum explants.The results showed that to the start cultivation of Cercidiphyllum japonicum explants,3 concentration combinations of 6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L,6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L and 6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L could all achieve high starting rates.MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L was the optimal medium forthe start cultivation of Cercidiphyllum japonicum explants.However,its effect on subculture of Cercidiphyllum japonicum stem segments with axillary buds was not ideal.The growth of plant was slowly,poor and browning.
