摘要
在钢箱梁施工方案比选中,受现场起重设备等因素影响,顶推施工越来越受工程师青睐。为保证施工安全,减少辅助墩数量,一般需要设置较长的导梁进行辅助施工,因此对导梁和主梁进行安全分析变得尤为重要。以某(50+85+50)m钢箱梁为工程实例,利用Midas Civil对其施工关键工况进行模拟分析,计算结果表明:顶推施工过程中,结构强度、刚度及稳定性满足要求。
In the comparison of construction schemes of the steel box girder,affected by factors such as on-site lifting equipment,the incremental launching construction is becoming more and more popular with engineers.To ensure construction safety and reduce the number of auxiliary piers,setting a longer launching nose is necessary to assist in the construction,so,it is vital to analyze the safety of the launching nose and main beam.In this paper,taking a steel box girder of(50+85+50)m as an engineering practice,the key working conditions are simulated by Midas Civil.The calculation results show that during the incremental launching construction,the structural strength,stiffness,and stability meet the requirements.
