摘要
为探究高温条件下BRA的流变特性,采用BRA作为改性剂,制备了不同掺量的BR A改性沥青进行室内试验研究。首先分析了BR A的化学构成;其次采用Brookfield旋转黏度试验研究了BRA改性沥青的黏温特性;通过动态剪切流变试验(DSR)研究了BRA改性沥青的高温流变特性。结果表明:BRA可以显著提升沥青的黏度并保持良好的施工和易性;BRA改性沥青的车辙因子最高,其次是沥青胶浆。
To explore the rheological behavior of BRA at high temperature,in this paper,BRA modified asphalt with different dosage was prepared by using BRA as the modifier,to conduct laboratory experiments.Firstly,the chemical structure of BRA was analyzed.Then,Brookfield rotational viscosity test was conducted to study the viscosity-temperature characteristics of BRA modified asphalt;and the high temperature rheological behavior of BRA modified asphalt was studied by dynamic shear rheology(DSR)test.The result showed that BRA can significantly improve the viscosity and maintain good construction workability of asphalt.Besides,BRA modified asphalt has the highest rutting factor,followed by asphalt cement.
