摘要
随着中国教育对外开放水平的提高,趋同化管理已成为目前培养留学生的重要管理教育模式,被越来越多的高校所接受。在此背景下,为了加快海南自贸港建设的步伐,促进海南高校教育事业发展和国际竞争力提高,采用趋同化管理成为了来琼留学生管理的必然趋势,能满足海南自贸港建设需求。课程趋同化有助于解决来琼留学生存在的语言障碍、文化差异等问题,为海南自贸港建设和海南高校国际化程度提高提供强有力的参考依据。鉴于此,通过探讨目前来琼留学生课程趋同化管理中存在的问题,提出了可行的来琼留学生课程趋同化管理对策。
Along with the improvement of China’s education opening to the outside world,convergent management has become an important management and education model for cultivating international students,which has also been accepted by more and more colleges and universities.In the context of speeding up the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and improving education and international competitiveness,the application of convergent management has been an inevitable trend in the management of international students in Hainan.The convergence of courses is conductive to solving the problems of international students,like language barrier and cultural differences,and can provide references for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and the improvement of the internationalization level of Hainan universities and colleges.In view of this,the article firstly discussed existing problems,and then proposed feasible management countermeasures.
