摘要
人才是生产力中最活跃、最有价值的因素。企业之间的竞争本质上是人才的竞争,人才是企业的基础,也是企业向前发展的动力。人才培养是企业的义务,也是企业对员工负责的表现。在竞争日趋激烈的当今社会,人才是企业的第一资源,也是企业的第一生产力,决定着企业的兴衰成败,所以在人力资源管理和教育培训中不断引入新的技术理念,这已成为整个企业乃至整个行业持续向前发展的牵引力。
Human resource is the most active and valuable element in productivity.The competition among enterprises actually relies on talents,because talents are both the basis and driving force for enterprises.Moreover,talents are also the most important resource and primary productive force for enterprises.Therefore,we should introduce new technical concepts into the management and cultivation of human resources,which can be the driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises and the whole industry.
