摘要
随着信息化时代的到来,大学生的就业创业环境变得愈发复杂。在此情况下,高校的思想政治教育要突出其对大学生就业的指导作用,帮助大学生了解就业创业形势和政策,帮助他们为应对新形势下的就业创业环境创造条件。为发挥好高校思想政治教育对大学生就业创业的引导作用,本文先分析了大学生就业创业中存在的主要问题,然后分析了高校思想政治教育对大学生就业创业引导的现实作用,最后探析了思想政治教育引导大学生就业创业的路径。
The arrival of information era has made the employment and entrepreneurship environment become more complex.In this case,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has a prominent guidance effect on students’employment,which can help college students better understand the situation and policies of employment and entrepreneurship.The paper firstly analyzed existing problems and the realistic function.At last,the paper explored the paths of the guidance effect.
