摘要
对低收入家庭儿童的学前教育情况大力关注,这是实现我国教育公平的有效方式,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的有力措施。当前,城市低收入家庭在子女学前教育上的投资远远不够,甚至有的父母由于收入的原因而剥夺了子女接受学前教育的权利,这一现状应引起我国政府的高度重视。为了真正实现教育的公正,我国政府应主动承担起学前教育的部分成本,逐步构建起学校、政府和家庭三方共同承担学前教育的体制,真正为低收入家庭提供更大的教育帮助。
An effective way for realizing education equality is to pay great attention to the preschool education of the children from low-income families,which is also a powerful measure to build a harmonious socialist society.At present,the preschool education investment of urban low-income families is far from enough,mainly caused by their low income.In order to realize the fairness of education,the government should take the initiative in bearing part of the cost of pre-school education for these families,and gradually build a rational system in which schools,governments and families jointly undertake the responsibilities of preschool education,so as to provide greater help for low-income families.
