摘要
在我国社会经济形势发生较大转变之后,企业要想在市场竞争中取得一席之地,不仅要有长远的战略眼光,而且也应注重企业文化的积极影响。在此发展背景下,企业应通过改变管理模式以应对更加复杂的市场挑战,而思想政治教育活动的开展则是顺应时代发展趋势所创新的管理模式之一,可以有效解决企业现代化管理中存在的问题,对于理清企业的发展脉络有重要意义。
After the huge transformation of social and economic situation in China,enterprises may gain competitive advantages through setting a long-term strategic vision and constructing positive enterprise culture.Under the background,enterprises have to change their management modes to face complex market challenges.And the implement of ideological and political education is one of these innovative modes,which can effectively solve the problems existing in the modernization of enterprise management and clarify the development context of enterprises.
