摘要
浅槽重介分选机是动力煤选煤厂块煤分选的主要设备之一,针对补连塔选煤厂浅槽重介分选机在生产运行中经常出现上升流堵塞的问题,介绍了浅槽分重介分选机的结构及工作原理,重点分析上升流在浅槽分选过程中的重要作用,以及浅槽上升流的堵塞对生产和煤质带来的影响,通过调整矸石脱介筛筛板、保证悬浮液的稳定性、增加悬浮液超粒度过滤系统、上升流管路优化、上升流与水平流管道布置优化等技术手段,从而解决了上升流频繁堵塞的问题,提高了浅槽分选效果,降低了错配物总量。
The heavy-medium shallow-bath separator is one of the main equipment for the lump coal separation in the power coal preparation plant.In order to solve the problem of upflow blocking in the production and operation of heavy-medium shallow-bath separator in Bulianta coal preparation plant,the structure and working principle of heavy-medium shallow-bath separator were introduced,and the important role of upflow in the shallow-bath separation process and the impact of upflow blocking on production and coal quality were analyzed.By adjusting the sieve plate of the gangue medium draining screen,ensuring the stability of the suspension,adding the super size filtration system of the suspension,and optimizing the layout of the upflow and horizontal flow pipeline,the problem of frequent blocking of the upflow was solved,the separation effect of the shallow-bath was improved,and the amount of the misplaced material was reduced.
