单位制巩固时期“单位女工”身份生产的实践逻辑——基于东北地区口述历史的分析 被引量:1

The Practical Logic of Identity Production of the“Female Unit Worker”During Consolidation of Unit System:An Analysis Based on Oral History of Northeast China

摘要 单位制巩固时期“单位女工”的口述历史研究浮现出国家主义、父权制与性别化三种力量的交织碰撞,共同塑造“单位女工”不同面向的身份实践逻辑,隐喻着女工服从单位组织化要求、满足家庭生活化期待、实现女性内在化探索的策略性回应。在女工“单位身份”的生产过程中,国家宣传与单位动员以感恩、平等与实现价值的思想洗礼,为女工超越传统父权制对于女性形象的桎梏提供了想象性重构的精神动力与现实范本;单位的稳定收入与福利待遇让女工获得鲜为体验的安全感、归属感和荣誉感的同时,劳动的负荷性、边缘性和依附性又是女工必须面对的理想与现实差距。作为先前存在的“女性身份”虽然始终处于服从国家安排与家庭需要的从属位置,但是女工以朴素平凡的巾帼英姿,在成全单位身份的体制化与家庭身份的理想化的同时,亦塑造了独特女性形象。 In the oral historical research on“female unit workers”during the period of unit system consolidation,the identity practice logic of different aspects of female unit workers has emerged,which has been jointly shaped by the interweaving and colliding of three forces,namely nationalism,patriarchy and gender.It metaphorically speaks for the notion that women workers should obey the organizational requirements of the unit,meet the expectation of family life,and achieve a strategic response to the exploration of women's internalization.In the production process of female workers'“unit identity”,national propaganda and unit mobilization are baptized with the thoughts of gratitude,equality and realization of value,providing female workers with imaginative reconstruction of the spiritual power and realistic models for the shackles of female images beyond the traditional patriarchy;the unit's stable income and welfare allow women workers to obtain a sense of security,belonging and honor,which would otherwise be rarely experienced.At the same time,the workload,marginality and dependence of labor have formed the gap between ideal and reality that women workers must face.The preexistent“female identity”has always been in a subordinate position to obey the national arrangements and family needs,but female workers'simple and ordinary postures have also shaped the unique female profile in the process of the institutionalization of the complete unit identity and the idealization of the family identity.
