鄂东缘三交区块煤层气完井设计和生产特征 被引量:1

Completion design and production characteristics of coalbed methane in Sanjiao block in the eastern boundary of Ordos basin

摘要 三交区块发育2套主力煤层,均具有厚度大、分布稳定、煤体结构好、含气量较高等特点,适合采用多分支水平井进行煤层气的规模开发。区块先后采用了裸眼和筛管2种不同的完井方式,其中,筛管完井方式能确保井壁稳定性而不易坍塌。通过对区块内正常排采且以3+4+5号煤层为主力储层的近50口水平井生产曲线进行综合分析,认为2种不同完井方式的多分支水平井均在排采约1年的时间达到单井产量峰值,稳产时间约3.5年,稳产期后自然递减。现有生产数据的拟合结果显示,不同完井方式水平井的生命周期均为15年左右,筛管完井的多分支水平井单井平均峰值日产量约6000m3/d、平均累计产气量为2200×104m3;而裸眼完井多分支水平井仅分别为5000m3/d和1700×104m3,即筛管完井多分支水平井单井产量峰值、累计产气量、采收率均高于裸眼完井的多分支水平井。 There are two major thick coal beds,with good structures and large gas content,consistently extending in Sanjiao prospect,thusit is feasible to perform mass production of coalbed methane using multilateral horizontal wells.Open hole completion and screen pipe completion have been adopted one after another,and the latter could guarantee borehole stability to avoid sloughing.As per the production curves of close 50 horizontal wells targeting No.3+4+5 coals with regular production and different producing times,per-well production reached a peak after one-year dewatering and recovery for all multilateral horizontal wells.Stable production may be maintained for 3.5 years;after that,per-well production exhibited natural decline.Production data fitness shows that the life span of horizontal wells is about 15 years regardless of completion methods,but the production is different.For multilateral horizontal wells using screen pipe completion,per-well daily production is 6000 m^3 at the peak on the average and cumulative production is 2200×10~4 m^3 on the average,which are all higher than 5000 m^3 and 1700×10~4 m^3 for open hole completion.For multilateral horizontal wells,screen pipe completion is superior to open hole completion in per-well peak production,cumulative production and recovery efficiency.
