PPARα在非酒精性脂肪肝发病机制中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 随着肥胖的流行,非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholicfattyliverdisease,NAFLD)的发病率不断上升并且逐渐年轻化。因此,NAFLD对公众健康构成了日益严重的威胁。目前,对于NAFLD及其相关疾病如肝硬化和肝癌,尚无有效的治疗方法。过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体α(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-α,PPARα)是配体激活的核受体,可调节糖脂代谢和炎症反应。本文综述了PPARα在NAFLD中单纯的肝脂肪变性和脂肪肝炎发病机制中作用。
