摘要
原发性醛固酮增多症(primary aldosteronism,PA)是最常见的继发性高血压的病因之一,此类患者心肾等高血压靶器官受损程度更为严重。肾上腺静脉采血术(adrenal vein sampling,AVS)是PA分型诊断的金标准,由于AVS的结果受诸多因素的影响,因此,AVS围术期的患者管理尤其重要。良好的围术期管理,有助于提高检测结果的稳定性和可靠性,提高数据分析的准确性,为后续准确选择治疗方案提供保障。
Primary aldosteronism(PA)is one of the most common causes of secondary hypertension.In those patients,the heart,kidney,and other hypertensive target organs are more severely damaged.Adrenal vein sampling(AVS)is the gold standard for the diagnosis of PA.Because the results of AVS are affected by many factors,the management of patients around AVS surgery is particularly important.Good perioperative management helps to improve the stability and reliability of test results,improve the accuracy of data analysis,and guarantee the subsequent accurate selection of treatment plans.
