摘要
目的探讨泰安市花园、松园、后七里、五马、三里社区日间照料中心老年人的幸福感和相关因素。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法,2019-11-01-2020-10-31对泰安市5个日间照料中心≥60岁的老年人进行幸福感和满意度调查。结果100名社区日间照料中心老年人主观幸福感得分为(40.70±5.84)分。不同性别老年人幸福感水平比较,差异有统计学意义(t=9.139,P=0.003)。不同文化程度老年人幸福感水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=8.229,P<0.001)。100名老年人对日间照料中心服务的总体满意度得分为(2.98±0.47)分,其中,健康指导得分为(2.75±0.68)分,健康检测得分为(3.52±1.29)分,临床护理指导得分为(2.68±1.01)分。满意度和幸福感的相关分析显示差异无统计学意义(P=0.493)。结论调查对象处于高主观幸福感水平。性别和文化程度对老年人的幸福感有影响。老年人对日间照料中心的总体满意度处于一般水平。因此,政府应加强监督,使社区日间照料中心的养老服务更加专业化、透明化;在社区环境设计方面应用“情动设计理念”,为老年人提供可以带来幸福感的场所;探索日间照料中心多形式地共同发展,满足老年人的社会参与感。
Objective To explore the happiness and related factors of elderly people in Huayuan,Songyuan,Houqili,Wuma and Sanli community day care center of Taian.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to investigate the happiness and satisfaction of elderly people≥60 years old in the five day care centers in Taian from November 1,2019 to October 31,2020.Results A total of 100 elderly people in community day care centers scored 40.70±5.84 on subjective well-being.Comparison of happiness levels and differences among elderly people of different genders was statistically significant(t=9.139,P=0.003).Comparison of the happiness levels of elderly people with different educational degrees was statistically significant(F=8.229,P<0.001).The overall average satisfaction rate of 100 elderly people with day care center services was 2.98±0.47,and the average values in terms of health guidance,health testing and clinical nursing guidance were 2.75±0.68,3.52±1.29 and 2.68±1.01,respectively.The correlation analysis of satisfaction and well-being showed that there was no significant difference(P=0.493).Conclusions The respondents are at a high level of subjective well-being.Gender and literacy levels have an impact on the well-being of older people.The overall satisfaction of the elderly with day care centers is at a general level.Therefore,the government should strengthen supervision to make the elderly services of community day care centers more professional and transparent,apply the concept of emotional design in community environmental design to provide places for the elderly to bring happiness,explore multiple forms of joint development in day care centers to meet the elderly’s sense of social participation.
