摘要
目的探讨健康管理对动脉硬化人群的干预效果,为动脉硬化疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法选取2019-03-12-2019-09-12在衡阳市南华社区居住有动脉硬化风险的72例南华大学教职工为研究对象,采取组间匹配的方法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组采取常规管理,观察组开展6个月的健康管理,比较2组疾病认知度、饮食运动习惯、肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)值的变化。结果干预6个月后,观察组认知度得分为(22.2±5.6)分,高于对照组的(19.4±5.8)分,F=4.462,P=0.038;观察组合理饮食比例为91.7%,高于对照组的50.0%,χ^(2)=15.126,P<0.001;观察组规律运动比例为91.7%,高于对照组的69.4%,χ^(2)=5.657,P=0.017;观察组baPWV值为(1543±327),优于对照组的(1740±368),F=4.129,P=0.046。结论健康管理能够有效地帮助动脉硬化人群提高疾病认知度,养成良好的饮食与运动习惯,改善动脉硬化的状况。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of health management on patients with arteriosclerosis,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of arteriosclerosis.Methods From March 12,2019 to September 12,2019,72 teaching staff of Nanhua University with arteriosclerosis risk living in Nanhua community of Hengyang City were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given health management for 6 months.The changes of disease awareness,diet and exercise habits,brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)value were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,The cognition score in the observation group(22.2±5.6)was higher than that in the control group(19.4±5.8),F=4.462,P=0.038.The proportion of reasonable diet in the observation group(91.7%)was higher than that in the control group(50.0%),χ^(2)=15.126,P<0.001.The proportion of regular exercise in the observation group(91.7%)was higher than that in the control group(69.4%),χ^(2)=5.657,P=0.017.The improvement of baPWV value in the observation group(1543±327)was better than that in the control group(1740±368),F=4.129,P=0.046.Conclusion Health management can effectively help people with atherosclerosis improve their awareness of disease,develop good eating and exercise habits,and improve the condition of atherosclerosis.
