摘要
目的了解银川市社区老年人年龄歧视感知与抑郁症状现状,并探讨其相关性。方法2020年4-6月,选取居住于银川市碧水蓝天社区卫生服务中心≥60岁的201名老年人作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、老年人抑郁简表(GDS-15)、年龄歧视主观感受量表进行调查。结果银川市老年人年龄歧视主观感受量表得分为(2.73±0.65)分,其中年龄歧视状况较重者133人,占66.1%。GDS-15得分为(4.73±3.29)分,76(37.9%)人出现不同程度的抑郁症状,其中轻度抑郁症状者56人,占27.9%;中重度抑郁症状者20人,占10.0%。Pearson相关分析结果显示,年龄歧视感知与抑郁症状呈正相关,r=0.293,P<0.01。多因素分析结果显示,年龄歧视感知(t=-3.803,P<0.001)和经济水平(t=-2.699,P=0.008)为抑郁症状的影响因素。结论银川市社区老年人年龄歧视感知处于较重水平,且年龄歧视感知越严重,抑郁症状越明显。应加强对社区低收入、年龄歧视感知较重老年人心理状况关注。
Objective To investigate prevalence and correlation of perceived ageism and depressive symptom among elderly people in Yinchuan City.Methods From April to June in 2020,a total of 201 citizens who were 60 years and older living in Yinchuan Bishui Lantian community health center were selected by convenience sampling method.Depressive symptoms and perceived ageism among elderly people were measured with the geriatric depression scale(GDS)and Perceived Ageism Questionnaire.Results Among elderly people in Yinchuan surveyed,the average perceived ageism score was 2.73±0.65,and 66.1%(133/201)reported perceived ageism.The average GDS score was 4.73±3.29,and a total of 37.9%(76/201)of the respondents had depressive symptoms,with 10.0%(20/201)presenting moderate/severe depressive symptoms and 27.9%(56/201)mild depressive symptoms.Pearson correlation analysis showed that perceived ageism was positively associated with depressive symptoms(r=0.293,P<0.01).The results of multivariate analysis showed that perceived ageism(t=-3.803,P<0.001)and economy-income level(t=-2.699,P=0.008)were the main factors affecting depressive symptoms.Conclusion Perceived ageism of elderly people in Yinchuan is at a serious level.It suggests that the higher the elderly perceive ageism,the more serious their depression is More attention should be paid to the psychological condition of the elderly with low income and high perceived ageism.
